PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measuring device having wider measurement range and higher-level measurement accuracy at lower cost. SOLUTION: This flow rate measuring device is provided with a vortex generator 2 installed in a measuring tube 1 to generate Karman vortex 3 on fluid, a pair of electromotive force measuring electrodes 4a/4b detecting the variation of induced electromotive force generated by magnetic field variation occurred when the Karman vortex 3 passes through magnetic field, magnetic field generators 7a/7b generating magnetic field, and a detector circuit 5 detecting induced electromotive force to calculate flow rate of fluid. It is characterized by the fact that a conduit section of the measuring tube 1 is formed as a truck shape containing both a pair of linear parts orthogonal with magnetic field and a pair of arc parts connecting between the above pair of linear parts, and the arc parts pair is symmetrically formed in orthogonal direction with magnetic field as well as a depth between the two arcs D is formed larger than a depth between the two lines d.
