PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fusion of an exhaust manifold in a tube body for transmitting heat from the exhaust manifold to an intake. SOLUTION: This exhaust manifold device comprises a tube body 9 covering a part of an exhaust manifold 2 on a cylinder head side, an inlet port for feeding outside air to the inside of the tube body, an outlet port for feeding outside air in the tube body heated by an exhaust manifold 6 to the intake system of an engine, and a valve member 18 for controlling the supply of outside air by opening and closing the opening of the tube body according to the temperature of the exhaust manifold. The outlet port communicates with an air cleaner 11 in the intake system, and the opening and closing thereof is controlled by a valve 15 for controlling a communication therebetween. The tube body comprises an upper cover and a lower cover, both covers are fixed to the exhaust manifold, and the side edges thereof are fitted closely to each other. The valve member is actuated by a bimetal. A low temperature air intake duct 5 for leading outside air into the air cleaner is installed, the outlet port of the tube body is connected to the downstream side thereof, and a valve capable of regulating a communication amount between the low temperature air intake duct and the outlet port is installed in the device.
