PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver device capable of letting non-glaring soft light into a room while maintaining ventilation, draft and the outside view well. SOLUTION: A plurality of louver blades 3 arranged almost parallel together with a plurality of rotating shafts 2 are provided on the indoor side of a window part 1. The respective louver blades 3 are rotatably mounted corresponding one to one to the respective rotating shafts 2, and a part of the louver blade 3 is provided with a light diffusion part 4 for diffusing light.
