PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the installation space for a pressing device for returning an upper structure causing a residual deformation to home position and reduce the cost thereof by simplifying the formation of a pressing member. SOLUTION: An extracting resistance member 1 resisting an extraction force acting on the upper structure 1a is connected to the lower end part 17 of a bar-shaped vertical member 8 vertically extended from the upper structure 1a to a lower structure 18, a horizontal plate 10 for receiving a horizontal displacement adjusting force is connected to the intermediate part of the vertical member 8, and a pressing member 2 for suppressing the vertical displacement of the extracting resistance plate 1 is disposed extendedly from the lower structure 18 so as to be overlapped with the extracting resistance plate 1 on the upper side thereof. A jack 12 for adjusting the horizontal displacement by pressing the horizontal plate 10 is installed on the upper surface of the pressing plate 2.
