<p>The keyboard on many devices is small with only a limited number of keys. It is time-consuming and inconvenient to input many characters using such a keyboard. This invention adopts the scheme of 'inputting one character by pressing the keyboard two times, and, depending on the input order, different keyboard input could be accomplished'. It is fast and easy to remember. Furthermore, this invention suggests several scenario for inputting letters and ways to implement them. Using these schemes, hundreds of characters, including 26 letters in the alphabet both in upper and lower case, could be input from a 12-key keyboard, and no character could require pressing the keyboard more than two times.</p> |
