An electrostatic protection circuit (200) provided in an oscillation circuit (40) comprises a first electrostatic protection circuit section (210) connected between a signal line and a constant voltage (Vreg) to bypass a first-polarity electrostatic voltage penetrating into the signal line to the bypassing constant voltage (Vreg) side via a diode (72), and a second electrostatic protection circuit section (220) connected between the signal line and the ground side to bypass a second-polarity electrostatic voltage penetrating into the signal line to the ground via a diode (74).
