Concentrated oxygen is produced from source (20) and fed to a mechanical vibrator placed directly on the skin. The vibrator has a supply container for the e.g. aluminum oxide microcrystals plus a spent particle container (70) and a vacuum generator (120). Fluid and particles are fed to applicator (60) and fluid containers and generator are held in a mobile housing (100). Fluid volume is at 2 liter per min and the generator produces a vacuum of 0.5 bar.
