PURPOSE: A flux injection device is provided to shorten the test time as well as maintain the good quality of soldering by inspecting the flux injection status due to a nozzles using a thermistor. CONSTITUTION: The flux injection device injects flux through a nozzle(103b) for cleaning lead pins of a part inserted into a PCB(105). The position of the PCB is monitored by a position sensor(101). The flux is stored in a tank(103a). An on/off valve(103d) is installed on a flow passage connected to the nozzle(103b). The injection status of the flux injected from the nozzle is sensed by a sensor(102). A controller(100) determines whether the flux was injected in accordance with the output signal of the sensor(102). The injection status of the flux according to the output signal of the controller is displayed on a display(104).
