PURPOSE: A method for managing a web site by exchanging and charging cyber chip and advertising method using the same are provided to use various kinds of games being operated in a web site by using various kinds of cyber chips(cyber money). CONSTITUTION: If a user connects to a web site of an operator through an Internet network through a user interface, an operator server displays a homepage(S2), and checks whether the user is a member or not(S4). If the user is a member, various kinds of screens are displayed, and the operator makes the user select one screen out of the displayed screens(S6). If the cyber chip is capable of performing a game, a game is progressed(S10-S12). If the cyber chip is not secured, a cyber chip charging station is displayed(S20). In case that the user selects one charging station(S22), a moving picture advertisement in accordance with the corresponding charging station is displayed(S24). If the moving picture advertisement display stage is completed(S26), the cyber chip is increased and stored(S28).
