The device consists of a take-off shaft (1) in a housing, and a cylinder block (10) in a pivot body (5), which is pivoted relative to the shaft axis by an adjusting unit. The adjusting unit is located on the same side of the pivot body as the take-off shaft. It consists of a pair of regulator pistons, each moving in a regulator cylinder. When the pivot body is turned, the first regulator piston moves in a direction opposite to that of the second piston. Both cylinders are contained in a common housing (6).
