The invention discloses a pharmaceutical composition useful for treating ACIDS and its preparation, the present pharmaceutical composition useful for treating ACIDS, substantially comprises at least one monoclonal antibody, said antibody against antigen which is neutralizing epitope, GPGRAFY, based on envelope protein of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), ant its variants, said variant is GPGQTFY or GPGQAWY. The method for preparing the present pharmaceutical composition comprises: (1) synthesizing at least one peptide comprising neutralizing epitope, GPGRAFY, based on envelope protein of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), and/or its variants; (2) conjugating said peptide to carrier protein or carrier polypeptide respectively; (3) immunising animal with said conjugates; (4) preparing hybridoma; (5) combining said three neutralizing antibody formulating the present pharmaceutical composition.
