A hand tool with an integrated tool magazine (12) has a rotating drivable tool holder (14) in which insert tools (16) can be moved via an adjusting mechanism out of the tool magazine. The adjusting mechanism has a flexible bar (20) via which the insert tools can be moved out of the tool magazine into the tool holder. The flexible bar is deflected. The flexible bar is guided in a sleeve (24). The sleeve is designed to be flexible. An operating element (26) of the flexible bar is located on a cover side (28) of a housing (10). The flexible bar is made from spring steel.
