Information relating to the current operating state of at least one telephone terminal (TEL) is transmitted from private branch exchanges (PBX1, PBX2, PBX3,MAS) to a global subscriber state administration device (GTV). The GTV transmits the information to at least one CTI application (IHC). An Independent claim is included for a communication system.
