The invention relates to a radiation detector comprising a photodiode array, a number of scintillators (4), and a reflector element that has a number of compartments (12) which corresponds to the number of scintillators (4). Said compartments house the scintillators (4) in such a way that the latter (4) are surrounded by the walls (9, 10, 11) of the compartments (12), except on the side that faces the photodiode array.
