PURPOSE: A ventilating device of heat exchanger is provided to discharge dust, odor and germs remaining in a discharge duct on initial driving of the heat exchanger or initial supply of air. CONSTITUTION: Dampers(6) with filters are installed on installation holes formed on one side of inside of a discharge duct(1). Links are installed on one sides of the dampers and connected with opening and closing type grills(4). The dampers and the grills are reversely interlocked with each other to open and close. The grills are closed and the dampers are opened on initial driving of a heat exchanger to discharge air to outside without supplying into a car room. After fixed time has passed, the grills are opened and the dampers are closed to supply air, having exchanged heat, into the car room.
