PURPOSE: An internet telephone service method is provided to perform a calling operation using an internet by accessing an internet access service system by a general telephone of a caller and accessing the caller and a receiver using an internet by the service system. CONSTITUTION: Access and registration numbers for a service system are provided to a user's telephone and the registration number is stored(S10). The user pushes an access button of a telephone and accesses the service system(S20). The user inputs and transmits a registration of the telephone to the service system using the telephone and the service system recognizes the registration of the telephone to authenticate the telephone(S30). The service system connects the authenticated telephone to an internet(S40). A server of the service system searches an area to which a receiver's telephone belongs(S50). The service system connects a searched receiver area server to the internet(S60). A receiver calls with a transmitter according to a receiving signal of a receiver telephone(S70). An internet use fee with respect to a calling time is calculated. When the calling finishes, an internet access finishes(S80).
