PURPOSE: A driving apparatus and a method of a liquid crystal display apparatus are provided to cancel the offset voltage by using frames and to carry out display with high quality. CONSTITUTION: A driving apparatus of liquid crystal display apparatus has a changeover control circuit for controlling each switching of the inputs and outputs of first and second amplifier circuits. In the changeover control circuit, an offset voltage applied to a pixel by the first and second amplifier circuits is changed in its polarity for every predetermined number of frames in accordance with a switch changeover signal for operational amplifier and an alternation switch changeover signal input and the offset voltage is canceled by frames of which number is twice as many as the predetermined number of frames. Thus, the offset voltage is canceled by the frames and the display unevenness is discernible by human eyes is avoided. Thereby the display with high quality is ensured.
