The pump has an intake bore (8) coming from a suction chamber (9), and a parallel connection bore. This opens into the intake bore near the opening (7) of the intake bore into the cylinder bore (3) of the pump cylinder (2). The intake bore opening is a multiple of, e.g. 20-80times the connection bore profile.
