The installation is made out of a skeleton store construction with a number of boat storage places and transport devices for the transport of the boats (2) between the skeleton construction and the quayside boat installation location. There are baskets (1) to be found at the installation location for the accommodation of boats. The baskets project at least partly over the water surface and are fixed below the same. The baskets to be found partly in the water can be brought via transport devices (7) together with the boats to the storage places. The baskets are formed from a frame consisting of steel rods.
