<p>Pressing device used for moulding of powder metallurgy materials, particularly for metallic powder compounds, made of floating moulding head (3) with help of at least one spring (12) shouldered on a guide rod (13) mounted slidably in the base panel (10) and is firmly connected with the moulding head (3) and a plate (7). On the plate (7) a central pin (11) is located, while it is movably mounted in the lower punch (18) orifice joined to the plate (6) controlled by the ejector (19) by at least one connecting rod (14), slidably mounted in the base plate (10) and slidably inserted in the moulding head (3) orifice in flange (5), on the circumference of which at least one bevel groove (20) is created and into this groove is inserted roller (21). One side of the roller is equipped with horizontally oriented pressure spring (15) and the other side it is equipped with a pin (4) located in a horizontal slide way (8) of the moulding head (3), where the flange (5) is interconnected by the drag-bar (2) and the upper plate (9) attached to a press ram (17) with the punch (1). Between the plate (7) and the ejector (19) auxiliary pressure spring (14) is inserted on at least one connecting rod (14). Guide rod (13) is slidably mounted in the plate (6). Connecting rod (14) is slidably mounted in the plate (7).</p> |
