Said extinguisher has two rupture diaphragms comprising predetermined breaking points for sealing the container of the extinguisher. According to the invention, the predetermined breaking points of the rupture diaphragms have different resistances, in order to introduce a temporal delay between the ruptures of the two predetermined breaking points. This enables the extinguishing agent to be discharged in an even, rotationally symmetrical manner.
