MPC1001 having an ability to produce the derivatives, wherein R1 is hydrogen, hydroxyl, or lower alkylcarbonyloxy; R2 is mercapto or lower alkylthio; R3 is mercapto or lower alkylthio; R4 is hydrogen; and R5 is formyl, with the provisos that R?1 and R2¿ may be united to form a bond, that R?2 and R3¿ may be united to form -(S)¿n?- (wherein n is an integer of 1 to 5), that R?3 and R4¿ may together represent O or S, and that R?4 and R5¿ may be united to form CH¿2?-, -CH(OH)-, or -CH(OCOR?4a¿)- (wherein R4a is lower alkyl).</p> |
