The compounds are Neurokinin 1 (NK1) receptor antagonists and are useful for treatment of various CNS disorders, movement disorders, obesity, emesis, rheumatoid arthritis, Alzheimer's disease, cancer, oedema, allergic rhinitis, inflammation, pain, gastrointestinal hypermotility, Huntington's disease, COPD, hypertension, migraine, bladder hypermotility and urticaria.
