<p>A brushless motor, wherein a cooling air passage (5) is formed so as not to communicate with a storage chamber (26) having a control circuit (28) stored therein and so that cooling air can be supplied to the outer surface of the storage chamber (26) and an armature winding (18), whereby, because the cooling air flows through the outer surface of the storage chamber (26) without entering into the storage chamber (26), sufficient cooling air can be provided to the control circuit (28) without causing, in the control circuit (28), a problem due to the moisture and dust contained in the cooling air by, for example, disposing a heat sink (31) for the control circuit (28), and the armature winding (18) can be cooled positively.</p> |
