APPARATUS FOR FETCHING AND GUIDING SHEET COIL

PURPOSE: An apparatus for fetching and guiding a sheet coil is provided which prevents the sheet coil from being fallen down by being backed away not being transferred to the side of a swing table with an inclination during threading of the coil, and easily threads the front part of the coil without touching of the hands of workers. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus in which a sheet coil(S) is threaded by winding an inserting paper(10) of a coil(C) loaded into a tension reel(2) at a paper winder(12), the apparatus for fetching and guiding a sheet coil comprises an approaching part which consists of a slidable case formed at the support plate with being connected to a piston rod of an approach control cylinder installed at the lower part of a support plate; a pressing part consisting of a plural fixing rollers which are installed inside the case and driven by a motor and a plural pressing rollers which are installed inside the case so that they are ascended or descended, and correspondingly cohered onto the plural fixing rollers; and a control part(300) in which a plurality of sensors are installed in front and inside the tension reel(2) and the case, and which controls actions of the approaching part and the pressing part according to sensing sensors(18) inputted from the plurality sensors.
