<p>The invention discloses a new polypeptide-prolyl oligomeric peptidase 13.2, the polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide, and a process for producing the polypeptide by recombinant DNA technology. It also discloses methods of applying the polynucleotide for the treatment of various diseases, such as angiocardiopathy, nervous system retrograde disease. This invention also discloses antagonist against said polypeptide and thereof therapy uses.
