<p>By using the differential display method, it is attempted to search for genes showing a difference in expression in eosinophils collected from patients with atopic dermatitis in the increment stage and in the remission stage. As a result, genes '2259-01', '2298-09', '2255-02', '2292-04' and '2182-02', each showing a significant increase in expression in eosinophils of patients in the remission stage, are isolated. It is found out that these genes are usable in examining an allergic disease and screening a candidate compound for a remedy therefor.</p> |
