<p>Energy absorbing structure constituting an interior fitting part (1) of a vehicle. The interior fitting part (1) is manufactured from a thermoplastic material which interior fitting part (1) comprises a main outer shape (2) with a front side and a rear side. The main outer shape (2) is curved along at least one axis of its extension. An inner reinforcing integrated grid structure comprising ribs (10) is arranged on the rear side of the main outer shape (2) while the front side of the main outer shape is provided with a decorative integrated fabric. The grid structure comprises at least one central rib element (10') which is arranged on the main outer shape in a wavelike pattern and at least two flanking stabilising ribs (10'') which connects with, and radiates from, the central rib element (10').</p> |
