The filling device has a feed line (4) extending across the top of a series of silos (6.1,..6.4), which are selectively coupled to the feed line via controlled tap-off connections (8.1,..8.3), coupled via elastic compensators with the silo filling connections (10.1,..10,4). The forces exerted on the feed line are transferred to the silo filling connections via a number of struts (9) providing a mechanical coupling between each tap-off connection and the corresponding silo filling connection.
