ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR AND ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENT DEVICES MANUFACTURED BY WET PROCESS

PURPOSE: An organic semiconductor device and an organic electroluminescent device manufactured by a wet process are provided to reduce the driving voltage of the organic electroluminescent device by forming an organic semiconductor thin film with the non-border multi-layer structure. CONSTITUTION: A cathode(17)(or anode(11)) is formed on the upper portion of an electroluminescent layer(20) on an anode(11)(or cathode(17)) of a substrate(10). The substrate(10) is provided with an organic semiconductor thin film with a continuous non-border multi-layer structure and electrodes for applying a voltage to the thin film. The organic semiconductor thin film is formed by a wet film forming process by using a combined solution mixed with different volatile two more than mixing organic solvent and two more than organic materials having different solubility.
