PURPOSE: An Internet system is provided to promote the effectiveness of learning through the Internet by preventing young boys and girls from connecting to deleterious contents or sites, and by leading the young boys and girls to use healthy sites and contents. CONSTITUTION: A portal site(7) is composed of contents divided into a plurality of classes. A proxy server(8) judges whether to connect to contents of a relevant grade among the classes of the portal site(7). An Internet connection restriction hardware(5) connects to the contents of the portal site(7) judged by the proxy server(8) to a user computer(3). A web server(1) manages information provided to the contents of the portal site(7) and a user's ID. In case that the user inputs the user's ID through the user computer(3) and performs an Internet connection request(4), catalogs of the contents of the portal site(7) are displayed to a monitor of the user computer(3). In case that the user selects contents among the contents, the proxy server(8) judges whether the user connects to the contents selected through a class test(9).
