PURPOSE: A non-contact point type charging device and a hands free kit for mobile phone terminals using the same are provided to prevent the exposition of electrical contact points for charging a battery in a wireless equipment, so that a failure in the wireless equipment due to the electrical short of the contact points can be eliminated, and to charge a battery in a wireless earphone in a non-contact point type, so that operative power of a wireless earphone circuit can be supplied from the charged battery. CONSTITUTION: An RF(Radio Frequency) oscillator(10) is mounted on a cradle(10) on which a wireless equipment(30) is arranged, and receives DC(Direct Current) voltage from a predetermined power source to output RF signals. An electric field generating coil(20) installed on the cradle(10) is connected to an output terminal of the RF oscillator(10) and forms a magnetic field around by the RF signals outputted in the RF oscillator(10). An induction coil(40) installed in the wireless equipment(30) generates induction current according to the change of the magnetic field generated in the electric field generating coil(20). A rectifier(50) rectifies the induction current generated in the induction coil(40) to direct current, for outputting. And a battery(60) installed on the wireless equipment(30) is charged in an electrical non-contact point type in a state that the electric field generating coil(20) and the induction coil(40) are approached with each other.
