<p>The invention discloses a vaccine for ACIDS, and its preparation and use, the present vaccine substantially comprises at least one epitope polypeptide, conjugated to carrier protein or carrier polypeptide to form conjugates, said epitope polypeptide comprises at least one epitope, derived from neutralizing epitope of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) protein and its variations, or comprises at least two repeats of said epitope, or comprises CTL epitope and its variations. The method for preparing the present vaccine comprises: (1) synthesizing polypeptide; (2) conjugating said polypeptide to carrier protein or carrier polypeptide; (3) combining with adjuvant formulating the present vaccine.</p> |
