PURPOSE: A support frame of a thermo-therapy bed is provided to facilitate assembly work between the support frame and the bed, to reduce the cost of manufacturing, and to achieve mass production thereof. CONSTITUTION: In the thermo-therapy bed composed of a mat shaped bed having a space on the center portion, a carrier sliding along a guide rail formed at both opposite frames of the bed, a reciprocating transfer device for the carrier, and a cylindrical massage appliance fixed to the carrier, the support frame comprises a center panel(300) having a lower panel part(100) and a guide panel part(200) molded integrally and formed with plural longitudinal coupling grooves of channel shape, left and right side panels(400) attached to the center panel, and a finishing material(500) tightly surrounding the outer surface of the side panels.
