PURPOSE: Provided is a hair protective film for a cold permanent of hair, thereby preventing hair from being damaged from a cold permanent and maintaining or recovering hair functions. CONSTITUTION: The hair protective film for cold permanent is used in curling hair on a curling rod. The film is characterized by containing a film or thin layer which has water soluble natural saccharide, plasma or plasma substitute, as a main part and forming alkali soluble thin membrane on the upper and lower sides and right and left sides of the main part.
