Display refresh method

摘要

The video display screen refreshment technique has a display screen receiving successively coded video images and a screen controller controlling the screen display. The video decoder (DEC) has a movement detector detecting variations between successive images and finding the variations between successive images selectively refreshing the screen as a function of the movement information furnished by the decoder.
