PURPOSE: A steering console for a RIB(Rigid Inflatable Boat) is provided to relieve the tiredness of an operator by forming a step at a lower portion of a console body and to improve the durability of an instrument and a monitor by preventing the infiltration of the instrument and the monitor with moisture. CONSTITUTION: In a steering console for a RIB, the rear faces of an instrument panel(19) and a monitor(7) are completely closed by rear covers(15a,15b) interposed with a packing(17) and gaskets(20a,20b). Thus, infiltration with moisture is prevented. Cables and electric wires(6) of instruments(5) are received in the rear cover. An inclined portion(11) where a step(14) is installed is formed on the rear lower portion of a console body(4). An operator steers while putting a foot on the steps. Therefore, the operator steers comfortably.
