PURPOSE: Provided are rolled sushi in dried laver and its manufacturing method. Particularly, the rolled sushi in dried laver has at least two steamed rice layers and filling stuffs therebetween. CONSTITUTION: The rolled sushi in dried laver widely consists of laver and at least two layers of steamed rice which molded into a certain shape. It contains filling stuffs between the layers and a dampproof material between the laver and the steamed rice layer to prevent the laver from being damped.
