PURPOSE: Provided is a buffering device of a knock type neutral pen, which can reduce a shock wave by making the point of the pen and the container of ink move back slowly by a vacuum or a compression force when the core of the pen moves back. CONSTITUTION: In the buffering device, the core of the pen is formed by inserting an extended tube(5) in the moving packing(9) by a flange(6) and in the fixed packing(10) and inserting the point of the pen in the front of the extended tube(5) and inserting the container of the ink in the back of the extended tube(5) and a moving packing(9) and a fixed packing(10) are inserted in a cylinder(8) and a jaw(11) formed in a cap. When the core of the pen moves back, the point of the pen and the container of the ink move back slowly by the vacuum or the compression force generated between the moving packing(9) and the fixed packing(10).
