METHOD FOR WEIGHING COKE FOR BLAST FURNACE PER PARTICLE DIAMETERS AND METHOD FOR BALANCING VENTILATION RESISTANCE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method is provided which is capable of weighing coke for a blast furnace per particle diameters while maintaining a conventional facility as it is, and a method is provided which is capable of balancing ventilation resistance of the blast furnace by dividingly charging the coke weighed per particle diameters into the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: The method for weighing coke for a blast furnace per particle diameters comprises the steps of setting two or more pairs of coke bins(100) per one batch; inputting standard particle diameters which are divided and stored into each pair of the coke bins; temporarily storing the coke into each pair of the coke bins by selecting coke per particle diameters according to the standard particle diameters; and temporarily storing the coke into each separate weighing hopper(122) among a plurality of weighing hoppers(122) by a moving chute(121) after sequentially discharging one batch of the coke at a time starting from smaller particle diameters onto a conveyor belt(120). The method for balancing ventilation resistance comprises the steps of sequentially receiving the coke from the lower part of a charging hopper by sequentially discharging the coke starting from smaller particle diameters onto the conveyor belt in the state that coke per each particle diameters is weighed into separate weighing hoppers by the weighing method; and charging small sized coke to the side of furnace wall and large sized coke to the side of the center of the furnace by rotation of a distribution chute after opening the charging hopper according to charging initiation signals.
