APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING CLOSING OF RECLAIMER CHUTE FOR IRON ORE RAW MATERIALS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing closing of a reclaimer chute for iron ore raw materials is provided which not only extends conduit line at a bottleneck point, but also frequently removes adhesion ore, thereby preventing clogging of the raw materials by forming an intermediate chute in a cylindrical shape. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for preventing closing of a reclaimer chute for iron ore raw materials comprises a cylindrical chute(10) equipped with a housing(20) which is flange linked to the lower part of a central chute(4) and integrally rotationally installed; a rotation ring(30) which is rotationally installed inside the cylindrical chute(10) and equipped with a plurality of scrapers(31) so as to remove adhesion ore adhered onto the inner circumferential surface of the housing(20) when iron ore raw materials are passing through from the central chute(4) of the upper side to the lower side; a gear(32) which is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the rotation ring(30), and which transmits driving force to the rotation ring(30) supported so that idling is enabled by a support member(21) integrally installed at the housing(20); and a bevel gear(41) which is in gear with the gear(32) so as to transmit driving force of a motor(40) mounted on one side of the housing(20).
