PURPOSE: A money collection system not accompanied with cash and a method thereof are provided to save a money collector the trouble or problem of collecting cash directly. CONSTITUTION: A main office server(110) has a transaction specification database(120) and a business connection ledger database(122). The transaction specification database(120) stores information about delivery quantity, the amount of money, a date, and collection status for each staff and each business connection. The business connection ledger database(122), interworked with each business connection information of the transaction specification database(120), stores information for the amount of money each business connection should pay to the main office. Each staff terminal(300) has a transaction specification database(320), a business connection ledger database(322), a transaction management module(310), and a ledger management module(312). Information downloaded from the transaction specification database(120) and the business connection ledger database(122) is stored in the transaction specification database(320) and the business connection ledger database(322) respectively. The transaction management module(310) fetches information from the transaction specification database(320) and records the amount of money generated by a sales bond. The ledger management module(312) fetches concluded money collection information from the business connection ledger database(322) and records it. |
