PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a software package is provided to shorten time in the case of manufacturing a plurality of software packages. CONSTITUTION: If a selection signal is received from an input part as a compiling program is driven, a control part checks whether compiling is required for all kinds of work(200). Unless compiling is required for all kinds of work, the control part checks whether compiling is required for a specific kind of work(202). However, if compiling is required for all kinds of work, the control part checks the state of the system load by judging whether the system load is smaller than the maximum load(206). If the system load is in a compiling possible state, the control part creates the information of compiling data(208). Then the control part checks the state of the system load again(210). In case that the execution of compiling is still possible, the control part compiles files sequentially(212). After compiling the first file, the control part checks the state of the system load again in order to execute compiling for the next file(214,216). The control part judges whether compiling for all files has completed(218).
