PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a red ginseng and a red ginseng extract is provided to reduce the heat loss by shielding an upper portion of a heating vessel from an exterior and to prevent a sub vessel from being broken by uniformly heating the sub vessel. CONSTITUTION: A red ginseng manufacturing apparatus comprises a body(31). A sub vessel(38) is mounted on an upper portion of the body(31). An evaporator(39) is coupled to an upper portion of the sub vessel(38). An inner vessel(42) is accommodated between the sub vessel(38) and the evaporator(39). A condenser(41) is mounted on an upper portion of the evaporator(39). The body(31) includes a lower frame(32) having a leg(33), a case(34) provided at an upper portion of the lower frame(32), an insulation film(43) installed in the case(34), and a heating vessel(48) installed in the insulation film(43). A heater(49) is mounted around the heating vessel(48). A control panel(37) is installed at an outside of the case. The sub vessel(38) is positioned in the heating vessel(48) of the body(31).
