The tear-off part is formed by a weaker part, in the form of a perforation or separation in the packaging material and extending over all or part of the bag periphery. The weaker part is covered with at least one film-forming mass. After packaging, the contents of the bag are protected. The contents are removed by breaking the covering film-forming mass by pulling or bending it. The film-forming mass is thicker near the weak part then in the rest of the bag.
