SYSTEM FOR REGISTERING/EVALUATING SONGS USING CELLULAR PHONE AND METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A system for registering/evaluating songs using a cellular phone is provided to record songs through the cellular phone, and to convert recorded voice files into digitalized zip files to store the converted files in a song DB through a web server, so as to open a song festival online by give marks by many users online. CONSTITUTION: An ARS(4) is connected with a cellular phone(1) or a general telephone(2) through a wire or wireless telephone network. A song storage(3) temporarily stores voice signals. An accompaniment playback unit(5) transmits accompaniment signals to the ARS(4). An accompaniment DB(6) stores accompaniment data. A UMS(Unified Messaging System) server(7) enables data interworking with the ARS(4). A converter/compressor(8) converts voice data stored in the song storage(3) into digitalized zip files. A web server(10) is connected to the converter/compressor(8). An application number provider(9) issues and gives an application number. A song DB(11) stores the digitalized zip files. An evaluation module(13) gives marks for each song file, and arranges song lists according to the marks. A member DB(12) stores member information.
