PURPOSE: An apparatus for painting a pipe is provided, to paint the inner and outer surface of the pipe effectively by automatic process comprising washing, drying, outer painting, heating and inner painting. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a waiting frame(50) which waits pipes(P) in parallel; a washing device(60) for washing the pipes; a drying device(60') for drying water by heat; a painting booth(9) which sprays a paint on the outer surface of a pipe; a heat treatment booth which heats the pipe to dry the paint coated on the outer surface of the pipe; a cooing and drying device for natural drying and cooling; and an internal painting device for painting the inter surface of the pipe. Also the apparatus comprises a painting delivery device(100) for allowing the pipe(P) to pass the painting booth(9) and the heat treatment booth.
