PURPOSE: Provided are a raw foodstuff for the treatment of fatty live and its manufacturing method. The foodstuff provides various enriched nutriments and minerals, and discharges waste materials rapidly. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: selecting ingredients specifically cultured by organic agriculture method; washing the selected ingredients and followed by cutting them in an appropriate size and freeze-drying them; weighting the dried ingredients according to the mixing ratio; blending and mixing the weighted ingredients; then packing them. Where, the ingredients include 55.6-65.6% of grain group consisting of brown rice, barley, millet, job's tear, glutinous millet, embryo bud and bran of rice, germinated brown rice, and alpha-brown rice; 12.04-19.04% of vegetable group consisting of carrot, burdock, lotus root, boiled potato, kale, Angelica Utilis, Oenanthe javanica Dc., Sedum sarmentosum BUNGE, barely bud, citron, zucchini, and Stevia; 0.3-0.7% of seaweed group consisting of tangle weed; 0.5-0.9% of mushroom group consisting of Lentinus edodes and Ganoderma Lucidum(FR) Karst; 2.1-2.7% of medicinal plant group consisting of pine needle, Eucommia ulmoides OLIVER, Saururus Chinesis(Lour) Bail, mugwort, mulberry leaves, Lycium chinense Mill., japanese apricot, and Cydonia Sinensis; and 1.34-1.74% of miscellaneous group consisting of yeast, lactic acid bacteria, pollen, and yogurt. |
