PURPOSE: A cell phone having a tilted folder is provided to expose a display unit in an aspect ratio in which a horizontal length is larger than a vertical length, when a cover is opened to search information through a wireless communication network or to transmit/receive a character message, so that a wider screen size of the display unit can be secured and the cover can be rotated to be tilted in a diagonal direction against a body. CONSTITUTION: In a body(10), a keypad(11) has several signal input buttons(12) to selectively input digits, characters or signals of an operation manual in a front part. A transmission part(13) transmits a call sound of a user to the other party. In a cover(30), a display unit(31) is hinged to an upper edge corresponding to a front of the body(10) diagonally in order to open/shut the front of the body(10), and has a size corresponding to the front of the body(10) in order to display call information, character messages or predetermined videos in the front. A receiving part receives a call sound of the other party. And a hinge member(50) is formed on an upper edge of the body(10) in order to selectively rotate the cover(10) in a front diagonal direction.
