PURPOSE: A speed block scaffolding is provided to install a scaffolding rapidly and safely in complicated and narrow industrial places, to reduce the period of works and to improve safety. CONSTITUTION: The speed block scaffolding is manufactured by the steps of: placing many horizontal bars(40) at regular intervals between two vertical bars(20) erected vertically, wherein a connecting scaffold(60) is formed on an end of the vertical bar(20) to install continuously to the direction of the length; forming a rectangular truss through a hole of the horizontal bar(40) or a clamp; installing an elevator roller guide using the hole of the horizontal bar(40); and coupling a vertical bar(20) and a vertical bar(20) horizontally, vertically and perpendicularly using holes of the clamp and the horizontal bar(40) to use as a block.
